And it needn't be expensive, especially with the help of Animal Aid's new FREE recipe booklet – Meat-Free! Feed four for under a fiver. The booklet offers easy-to-make, tasty, nutritious, family sized, meat-free meals for less than five pounds. As well as keeping costs down, the meat-free diet can help individuals live longer and healthier lives, reduce your carbon footprint and, of course, help to end animal suffering.

To mark World Day for Laboratory Animals, campaigners from all over the UK and beyond will be gathering in London on April 25 to call for an end to animal experiments. This is just one day after the official date of 24 April, a UN recognized day to remember animals who suffer and die in laboratories all over the world.
Following a march from Hyde Park through the centre of London, where we intend to take the anti-vivisection message to large numbers of shoppers, tourists and residents, we will hold a rally at Parliament to protest against the government’s pro-vivisection policies.
